Morgan Amos is a Co-chair of Agent Advisory Board with Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker (KPDD) in Columbus, GA.
Hi, My name is Morgan! I grew up in Columbus, GA & got my GA & AL Real Estate License in the Spring of 2015, shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia. In my 10 years as a full-time Realtor, I have been blessed to serve my clients in over 400 transactions. This experience has sharpened my skill set and expanded my knowledge of our local Real Estate Market.
My husband Neal and I were high school sweethearts; we met while attending Brookstone High School. He co-owns & operates Southern Straws Cheese Straws right here in Columbus, GA. We have two little girls, Wells & Ella! Our rescued fur baby, Bailey, completes our family of 5! We love living in Columbus and watching the community grow. When I am not selling houses, I enjoy working out, interior decorating, playing with my girls, or spending time at 30A!
I have been recognized for my achievements in the Real Estate Industry and was awarded the Columbus Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" in 2016. I have also maintained membership in the Columbus Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Club from 2016-2024. Since 2020, I have finished as one of the Top 5 Agents at Coldwell Banker KPDD & the Top 3% of Coldwell Banker Agents Internationally.
