Thanks for taking the time to check out our site. Since you found your way to me, I'd love to share a little about who I am.

I'm Brad Baker, a Columbus native. My wife Sally and I met when we were 14 years old at Hardaway High School and we've been married since 2008. We have two kids, Ben and Evie, and we now live in Midtown Columbus. We are active at Christ Community Church and I'm a coach at Peach Little League. I serve on the board for Midtown Inc and since 2020 have served as a City Planning Commissioner. I am licensed in GA and AL, was named the Columbus Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year in 2016. Since then I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in our area. Look me up on Zillow and you'll see hundreds of their reviews!

Prior to starting as a realtor in 2016, I spent 15 years in full time youth ministry. My favorite parts of that job exist every day in my work as a realtor - service, communication and most importantly, building relationships. Real estate for me is always, always about people first. It's amazing to get to do this job in our home town because for me the idea of "home" is very personal.

From age 11 until 18, my family lived in nine different places in Columbus. I've lived in Tanglewood, by Double Churches, on 43rd street (three times), off Gentian, on both sides of Glenbrook, on Cross Country (twice), in Mohina Woods, Castlewood, on Stark Avenue, and by Arnold Middle. During that time, the thing I wanted more than anything was a place to truly call home.

There's a difference between having a place to live and having a home. Home doesn't have to be a million dollar mansion. It could be a budget bungalow. I can't guarantee you a million dollar deal on a thousand dollar budget, but I can promise that I'll tell you the truth, communicate with you, and work diligently to make your hopes and dreams a reality.

Brad was a wonderful asset to my husband and me in finding and purchasing our home in Columbus.We recently relocated to Columbus and did not know much about the area or the housing market. Brad was very patient with us as we learned about the community and the options for housing. As a long-term local, he is very knowledgeable about the area, the local recreational amenities, dining, social activities, services available, community civic offerings, and ways to give back. Once we found a house to purchase, Brad was also helpful in recommending painters, renovations resources and amenities near our house. Looking for a new home for my family as a first time homebuyer was a daunting task - Brad made every step so much more approachable. He never made me feel dumb for questions I asked. He was patient with the specifics of what I was looking for. He made himself available to look at so many houses and arranged it so i could look at several in a quick afternoon. He shared his knowledge and expertise with me in areas I wouldn’t have even known to consider. But the best part of Brad is he is personable. He doesn’t just sell houses because it’s a job - he genuinely cares about the people that he works with. If he’s selling a house for you he will do all that is in his power to get the best deal for you because he cares about you as a person. And if you’re buying it’s the same. He sees each person as an individual and truly cares about the unique needs that each client he works with has. That is worth its weight in gold when you’re doing something as big as buying/selling a home. I recommend Brad to anyone without hesitation.

Working with Brad was such a pleasure! Never once did I feel like he was pushing us to buy a house like a “salesman,” and always felt like he gave honest opinions. Each house he would give pros and cons and honest thoughts of why he would/wouldn’t buy the home. I never felt like he was “just trying to make a sale” or anything like that! I felt he truly wants you to get a good home without any rush. We were grateful for all of his knowledge, walking us through each step, and through the process I felt like we gained a trusted friend. He also has a ton of contacts to helpful people in the home industry from lenders to handymen. 1000% would work with Brad again and recommend him to friends and family! Brad and his team are the best in the business. Brad is the most connected and knowledgeable person of the Columbus, GA area I know. Before getting our house on the market we did a walk through with Brad on things to get the house ready to show. For anything we couldn’t do ourselves, Brad had a great list of people to come do the work. He knows a guy for anything! The selling process was so smooth- from getting the house on the market, scheduling showings, signing paperwork, discussing offers, etc. Within a week, we were under contract and closed a month later. When it came time to sell our home, we knew Brad was the agent we wanted to represent us!
